Our common security involves simple actions that should not be forgotten. We have put in place procedures and user-friendly signage in order to experience these new practices in a friendly and efficient manner.

A binder on the health protocol and the products used is available at the hotel reception.

Hand washing is an essential gesture of protection for everyone. If we are setting an example for the children, let us also apply this essential gesture.

Hand washing will be cordially requested at check-in.

Hydro-alcoholic gel dispensers are permanently available at the reception desk and in the common areas of the hotel.

All hotel staff have undergone training and follow the strict sanitary protocol of establishments open to the public. Each employee wears a washable mask and / or protective visors. The uniforms and clothes of the employees are washed daily. Hand washing is also compulsory.

Social distancing rules are important and must be observed within the hotel between staff members, as well as by customers.

For any suspicion of fever or symptoms, we keep digital thermometers and the telephone number of doctors at your disposal for teleconsultation or medical examination.
The contact points: door handles, elevator buttons, switches, stair railing, etc.
Reception desk: the payment terminal and the check-in tablet are disinfected each time they are used. The keys of the rooms are given to you after disinfection.
Laundry: all pillows, duvets and carpets have undergone a professional high-intensity cleaning by the specialized company Ipressing. The washing of sheets and sponges follows a professional and strict protocol established by the company ELIS, leader on the French market.
Disinfection products: The complete list of products used is available in the health protocol binder available at the reception desk.
Room cleaning: We disinfect all the items listed below.
Bedroom: exterior and interior door, door handles, coat hooks, bedside tables, telephone, TV remote control, electrical outlets, baseboards, switches, lamps, wardrobe and shelves, hangers, safe (interior and exterior), dryer hair, toothbrush, chairs etc… Bathroom: handles, towel holder, mirror, amenities, switches and sockets, lamps, toilet paper holder, toilet brush handle, hair dryer etc… Sanitary facilities: toilet bowl and interior (deposit of a disinfectant tablet with each cleaning), toilet flush, sink, shower, bathtub, faucet, body gel pump, shower head, tub / shower faucet.
Windows: all glass surfaces in the room with alcohol and glass cleaner. We vacuum the carpet from the floors daily; the floor of the bathroom as well as of the rooms without carpet is bleached.
Dining Room / Crockery: Room service breakfast crockery and glasses are cleaned by a professional dishwasher. All breakfast products come from a professional food sanitary chain.
WC on the ground floor: daily disinfection, bleach tablet, soap and hydro-alcoholic gel available.
Common areas and Patio: all the furniture (tables, chairs, armchairs, knick-knacks, books, vases are also the subject of careful cleaning.

"As a former fashion stylist, in love with Paris, the French Riviera and old design pieces. I have designed the Hotel Henriette as a country house, a second home. A place where we feel great, a place we don't want to leave, a place where we can't wait to comeback.

A bohemian and intimate house, full of emotions, with a soul, a story.

Journalists often ask me to give advices or deco tricks, my best advice is : do not be afraid to mix, like in fashion, the total look is so boring! And obviously "chiner" : Flea markets, travel, go snooping in your grandmother's attic !

The old furniture and materials bring poetry, elegance and originality. And also recycling is good for the planet. Henriette, is a home where we desire to lay down our luggages! Far from the hotel stereotypes, a true life place where each room was imagined differently, so the traveler can constantly renew his experience. Inviting yourself to a guest room, feeling at home, letting your imagination and emotions run free, this is the statement of Henriette.

If you wish to arrive before that time we offer luggage storage facilities. In case of late arrival, there’s no need to worry, our reception is open 24 hours.

An ID and the credit card you used for the reservation will be requested.

The luggage room stays at your disposal throughout the day.

Unfortunately, the Hôtel Henriette does not have a room allowing the optimal reception of people with reduced mobility according to "PMR" standards.

If your disability allows you to stay at the hotel, the entire Henriette hotel team is on hand to help you make your stay easier.

In the event that your stay cannot take place in our establishment, we will advise you on establishments that can accommodate you in an appropriate manner.

Water saving: during your stay, only the towels placed on the floor in the bathroom will be changed.

Energy saving: we use low consumption light bulbs. We pay particular attention to energy management.
